CANCELLATIONS
FRESHOUSE inc does not issue refunds. however, you can put your cleanse on hold or transfer it to a family member or friend. you must call or email us at least 48 hours in advance to put your cleanse on hold.
DELIVERY POLICY
FRESHOUSE inc shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of our products after they have been dropped off at a safe delivery area of your choice.
REFUND POLICY
all products purchased through FRESHOUSE inc are non-refundable. however, they may be paused and/or transferred to a friend or family.
IDENTIFICATION
you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold FRESHOUSE inc, its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these terms and conditions.
