CancellationsFreshouse Inc does not issue refunds. However, you can put your cleanse on hold or transfer it to a family member or friend. You must call or email us at least 48 hours in advance to put your cleanse on hold.
Delivery PolicyFreshouse Inc shall not be responsible for the loss or damage of our products after they have been dropped off at a safe delivery area of your choice.
If for whatever reason, the security or concierge at your building, if applicable, refuses to accept the delivery and/or deny entry, Freshouse Inc shall not be responsible to re-deliver the product and shall not provide a refund for the product. If delivery and/or entry is denied, then Freshouse Inc will allow for pickup of the product at our store.
